It will allow them to learn in-depth the main methodologies implemented in data gathering, methods of analysing data, turning collected data into information and the best ways to present such findings.

Dissertation

This module allows learners to practice the knowledge and theories that they have acquired in the module ‘Research Methods’. Learners are expected to carry out an effective research project, making use of effective critical thinking, time management skills, problem solving and effective decision making together with the appropriate and most relevant research methodologies. This module is the last step towards the learners obtaining their bachelor’s degree in Business and Management.

The Bachelor of Science In Business Management & Leadership targets individuals who would like to start working towards their career in management. Entry Requirements

Applicants should hold:

  • A Diploma in Business Management pegged at MQF Level 4 or equivalent OR;
  • A Matriculation certificate with at least 2 A-levels & 3 Intermediate OR;
  • Mature Student OR;
  • A MATSEC certificate with Grade 5 or better in English, Maltese and Mathematics together with at least 5
    years experience working within a business setting.

Assessment Mode

This course shall be assessed through the use of an assignment based on the theoretical concepts presented during the lectures, and ways of implementing said concepts and theories. These assessments will include group assignments, group presentations, individual assignments and individual presentations.

Delivery Mode

This Bachelor of Science In Business Management & Leadership degree is delivered through face-to-face classroom-based learning.

This course is intended for those who are aged 21+ and aspire to work or are already working as team leaders or managers.
